Reimagining the space

The starting point was a storage space — functional, but not built for visitors. Rather than pursue an expensive buildout, the approach was to work with what was already there: rethinking the layout, clearing what wasn't needed, and identifying where display, storage, and walking flow could coexist. The goal from day one was to prove that a genuinely appealing retail space didn't require a big capital investment — just the right eye for what the space could become.
